Buying our dream home turned out to be a long and complicated journey, and I honestly don’t know how we would’ve made it through without Chris. From the beginning, there were issues with land boundary lines that could’ve easily derailed the process, but Chris calmly and methodically pulled together the right people - from land surveyors to county officials - to keep things moving.What really stood out was how reliable and level-headed he was, no matter what curveball came our way. I had a unique and difficult situation and Chris was very understanding. He was patient through out the entire process. He offered help with referrals even after the sale. When he met at the house to give me keys he walked through every thing and made sure it was all good. He never once caused me any stress or worry over the extended time it took to close my home. In our relationship with him as our buyer agent we found him professional, friendly, intelligent, and all around a superb realtor. I personally really don't like realtors or what having to use realtors implies for the home buying process. That being said, I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a realtor. Chris sent video walk throughs, called so many different agents for info and wrote up at least 5 different offers on homes. The competitive market in Spokane required us to act quickly and he always got back to us in an extremely short amount of time with info and answered all our questions, helping to educate us for our investment. He always looked out for our best interest and is very easy going. He never pressured us or seemed put out by, in our opinion, his going above and beyond for us.
